Chickens average 4.5-6lb.
Premium, pasture raised, whole chicken, frozen in shrink wrapped bags.
First harvest of 2026 is the week of June 15th. Any orders placed will be available for pickup that week!

Details
Our chickens spend their first 3 weeks in a temperature controlled brooder before heading out to pasture. Once on pasture they are moved onto fresh grass 1-2 times per day to ensure the best quality nutrition and a clean environment.
During this time they are supplemented with a high quality, non-GMO feed.
They are processed by us here on our farm to ensure a low stress, clean procedure. This is crucial to the end product of a tender chicken. High stress = tough chicken. No tough chickens around here!
